I’m Olivia Davoli, a real estate professional with nearly four years of experience in helping clients buy and sell homes. I’m passionate about making the home buying and selling process as smooth and rewarding as possible, and I was honored to receive the Rising Star and Million Dollar Producer Awards in 2023 for my dedication and commitment to my clients.

After starting out as a solo agent, I joined the Kevin Neuser Team in 2024, one of the top-producing teams in the county. This move has allowed me to expand my reach, collaborate with a talented group of professionals, and continue delivering exceptional service to all my clients. In 2024 the Kevin Neuser Team received Platinum Sales Star, National Sales Excellence, Top Mortgage Team Units, and the Presidential Circle Awards.

Before diving into real estate, I played both softball and soccer at Salem University in West Virginia, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. My time as a collegiate athlete taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to stay focused on my goals—skills I carry with me in my professional life every day.
