Real estate is so much more than a transaction. I care about clients and realtors and take a personal interest in their wants and needs. I feel very grateful to work for a company that provides excellent training and resources to their agents. Whether clients are leaving the area with the sale of their home, new to the area and trying to find the perfect space, or just moving down the street because they are ready for a change, as a company we have a vested interest in helping them achieve their goals.
I have two passions, education and real estate! I graduated from the University of South Carolina and as a former educator of middle school students, I understand that giving people knowledge, builds trust and confidence. I think it is important to build trust in the workplace, as well as with the clients we serve. My idea of a successful real estate agent is one that truly has their clients best interest at heart. Relationships do not end at the closing table. Whether it be giving them a remodeling reference, providing them with maintenance tips, or keeping them up to date on the value of their home, our agents continue to be a resource to clients for years to come.
Personally, I have an amazing support team that helps keep me motivated. My husband and daughters fuel my energy and keep me rejuvenated and focused. I am up at 5:00am every morning at Burn Boot camp and I run a 5K or 10K, here and there. But most importantly, I love college football! GO GAMECOCKS, this is our year! (I say that every year, can't blame a girl for trying right?...)

I wake up with gratitude for what I get to do every day! I have two passions, education and real estate. Allen Tate has provided me with the opportunity to be immersed in both! Here at Howard Hanna Allen Tate Rock Hill, we create a culture for agents to learn, feel empowered, and of course have fun! My mission is to help each agent reach their individual milestones year after year and experience the amazing success that being a professional real estate agent can provide.
