Karl Morrissey

Karl Morrissey was born and raised in upstate New York before joining the United States Navy. There he spent time aboard the U.S.S. Blueback as a submariner.

After he took part in the decommissioning of the U.S.S. Blueback, he began a 20 year career in the building industry and eventually moved to Charlotte NC and worked in sales and design for different roof truss companies. There he worked with most of the major builders, helping them find ways to improve their products and cut costs. He also taught and mentored newer truss designers in there new careers.

After the downturn in the economy Karl decided to move to Simpsonville SC. He fell in love with the area. Looking for a new career path he decided to combine his passion for real estate and helping others to become a real estate agent help others find their dream homes. By using his ability to help people move through long complicated processes, he has since helped others move to the area and start new lives in a great up and coming city.
