Lori Walls

I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, spent time in Denver, Colorado, and ultimately found my true home in Raleigh, North Carolina. My family and I have lived in the Triangle for over 23 years, and we can’t imagine being anywhere else. I’m a proud wife, mom to a daughter and boy/girl twins, “La La” to one sweet grandson, and dog mom to two rescued hound pups.

Having experienced two cross-country relocations myself, I understand the stress and logistics families face when moving to a new area. That’s why I focus on the details that truly shape your quality of life. For example schools, neighborhoods, colleges, churches, healthcare options, commute times, traffic patterns, and more.

Real estate is truly in my blood. Both my mother and grandfather were in the business, so you could say I was destined for this career. In addition to helping clients buy and sell, I personally own residential and commercial investment properties and have completed a 1031 exchange, giving me firsthand knowledge of the investment side of real estate.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working with a wide range of clients Including first-time buyers who return for future moves, families building new construction, those downsizing, investors growing their portfolios, and clients navigating estate sales.
