Rusty Knox

As a life-long resident of Davidson, I have witnessed many changes to our area over the years. The growth of Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, Mooresville and metro Charlotte have made our area a vibrant and attractive area to relocate, settle down and establish roots. My family established roots here in the 1700's and I am proud of the contributions that the Knox family has made over the years in agriculture, business, education and politics.

I started selling real estate for our family at Knox Realty in 1994. Over the years I have traveled every back-road around here looking for that "right" spot for clients to settle down. I have experience in single family homes, condos and townhomes, farms and acreage and commercial real estate. I cover an extensive area and am not limited to just the Charlotte metro market.

In early 2011, our family business, Knox Realty, merged with Allen Tate Realtors. This merger has done two things: first, provide me with the best tools available for me to better serve you, and secondly, tie me into a network of other fellow companies for an extended range of service both nationally and internationally. The one thing that the merger did not do was to change the level of service that we provide and you deserve.

My service does not start or stop with my clients. I am a past president of Davidson Youth Baseball. I volunteer at The Ada Jenkins Center, Davidson Elementary, Habitat and REALTORS care day. I have a band, The Rusty Knox Band. We play Americana/Bluegrass music. Besides regular gigs, we do a ton of fundraisers throughout the year.
