Jordan Jicha Lic. RE Salesperson

Jordan Jicha has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2020 and is proud to serve the communities of New York’s Southern Tier, where he was born and raised. A graduate of Binghamton University, Jordan also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration as well as graduate studies in Business Psychology, giving him a strong foundation in both business strategy and understanding people’s needs during major life decisions.

Jordan began his career in the sports industry working with the Binghamton Mets before transitioning into business consulting. For the past seven years, he has worked with a regional nonprofit organization helping more than 700 small business owners start, grow, and strengthen their companies. His experience advising entrepreneurs has given him a deep understanding of financial decision-making, negotiations, and long-term investment planning—skills that translate directly into helping clients make confident real estate decisions.

Outside of real estate, Jordan enjoys cooking, writing, watching reality competition shows, following sports, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Sarah live in Elmira Heights with their one-year-old son, Bogumil, their three dogs—Gio, Lola, and Boyd—and their cat, Cooper. Jordan has also owned three restaurants over the years, reflecting his passion for hospitality and community.

Jordan believes that many of life’s most cherished memories are created at home. Being part of the process that helps families find the place where those memories will happen is something he finds deeply meaningful.
