Born and raised in Chemung County, I am proud to call this area home and have spent my entire life deeply rooted in our local community. My husband and I have been married for many wonderful years and have built our life—and our homes—right here. We have two grown sons who live locally and we are also proud grandparents of four amazing grandchildren, all now in their teenage years.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I worked for over 20 years with our local school district as a high school counseling secretary. After retiring in 2021, I was excited to begin this next chapter—one that allows me to continue helping people while staying connected to the community I love.

My husband and I have lived locally throughout our marriage and have been fortunate to experience many sides of homeownership. We had one of our homes custom built, and for many years we have enjoyed life on the Finger Lakes, first through boating and later by purchasing a beautiful lake house. Along the way, we have also bought and renovated a duplex property, giving me valuable hands-on experience with buying, building, and renovating homes.

These experiences have given me a strong understanding of the local market, especially our surrounding lakes and communities. I bring real-life knowledge, dedication, and a strong work ethic to every client I serve.
