Before real estate, I built a diverse professional background: from international commercial banking and healthcare capital budgeting to co-founding a marketing research firm right here in Ithaca. I hold an MBA in Finance, and I bring that same analytical mindset and strategic thinking to help you make confident real estate decisions. As a homeowner, landlord, and investor myself, I understand what’s at stake—and how to protect and grow your investment.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, I work seamlessly with local and international clients alike. Having lived in five countries (Taiwan, the U.S., France, Norway, and England), I bring a global sensitivity to diverse needs, whether you’re relocating across the globe or just across town.

I’ve proudly called Ithaca home since 2005 and am deeply rooted in this community. I’ve served as President of the Ithaca Taiwanese Association, currently sit on the Board of the Ithaca YMCA, and am active in the P.E.O. Sisterhood, my church, the Lansing Lunchbox Program, and school events. My husband and I first lived in Cayuga Heights and now call Lansing home, where we live with our three teenage daughters and our fluffy white dog, Pheeny.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me cooking—I even earned a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris before moving to Ithaca.
