I believe in continuing education in Real estate and have achieved my GRI, which stands for Graduate REALTOR® Institute, it is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation, along with my designation of Accredited Buyer Representative, E-Pro Certification, RSPS (Second)Home, Vacation, Investment, Luxury Properties Certification during my real estate career. I have 28 years in the Real Estate Business. I have been a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker since 2008. I focus on the details and follow up to ensure that a real estate transaction closes. The majority of my business comes from past customer referrals and I want to ensure that my clients have an enjoyable purchase or sale experience. 2019-2025 Branch Top Producing Team! 2019-2024 National Sales Excellence Award for our Team! 2016/2017 I was the Top Producing Real Estate Agent for my Office and received a National Sales Excellence Award in 2017 as well. I have created a team with my husband John joining me in 2017. John has a background in construction. 2020 Brooke Moreni joined the Team with a background in Project Management for a construction management company, Janice Smith joined the Team in 2023 with a background in Business Management. Ryan Woods joined in 2024 and he has a background in Plumbing. Our most recent addition 2025 is Tamara Yacano - many of you may know her husband Jim's Paving business in the area Yacano's Paving.
