Her educational foundation was gained at Siena College, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources. There, she developed a strong understanding of organizational dynamics, strategic planning, and most importantly, the power of people.

Throughout her 25-year career in Human Resources Leadership, she has had the privilege of working closely with individuals during some of the most pivotal moments of their lives.
