With over 20 years of experience in client service and sales and a decade specializing in residential real estate, Caitlin brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and heart to every transaction. A licensed Realtor® since 2016, she has built a reputation for strong communication, skilled negotiation, and a client-first approach that consistently exceeds expectations.
Caitlin lives in Halfmoon with her husband, two sons, and their rescue dog. When she’s not guiding clients, she can be found outdoors with her family- gardening in the warmer months and downhill skiing in the winter.
Dedicated to making a difference beyond real estate, Caitlin proudly serves her community. She is the Immediate Past Board Chair of Girls Inc. of the Greater Capital Region, empowering girls through free STEAM-based afterschool and college readiness programs. She is also a past President of the Junior League of Albany, a women's civic leadership organization, where she has been an active member since 2008.Specialties

Caitlin joined Howard Hanna with over 15 years of client service experience and a true enthusiasm for working with people. She began her professional career as a senior account executive for a local advertising firm where she was one of the highest producing sales representatives in the company's history. Caitlin also has experience working as a territory sales manager for a premiere consumer packaged goods company where she focused on merchandising and product distribution. Always having been drawn to houses, she obtained her Real Estate License in early 2016, allowing her to utilize the skills she has developed throughout her career in sales while fulfilling her passion for helping others. In 2018 she received her Associate Broker License.
A native of the Capital District, Caitlin grew up in Clifton Park, studied Business at Russell Sage College in Troy, and now resides in Halfmoon with her husband, two sons and rescue dog after living in the City of Albany for approximately 10 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, decorating her home (and clients' homes!), gardening, downhill skiing and is deeply invested in improving her community, serving on the Board of Directors for Girls Inc. of the Greater Capital Region, which inspires all girls to be strong, smart and bold, and as a sustaining member the Junior League of Albany, a women's civic leadership and training organization.
