Since 1998, Robert has been a real estate professional and is a New York State Certified Appraiser.  Over his career, he has appraised over 10,000 homes and continues to actively appraise various property types in many counties throughout the state.  In 2019, Robert achieved his goal of becoming a New York State Licensed Salesperson in an effort to further add value to homeowners and help fulfill their dreams of buying and selling their home.  Robert has lived in Northville on the Great Sacandaga Lake for over 20 years while working in the Adirondacks, Mohawk Valley, Saratoga and Greater Capital Region.  His passions include family (amazing wife and three super cool kids), church, being outside and the sport of triathlon where he is a 4X Ironman finisher.  Robert has exceptional experience analyzing homes and buyers’ behavior while working personally with 1000s of homeowners and Realtors.  As a result, he can provide great value to all who work with him and Howard Hanna.
