Real estate has been at the center of my professional life for nearly two decades. I am passionate about helping clients navigate some of the most important financial and personal decisions they will ever make — whether that means purchasing a home, selling a legacy property, or building long-term wealth through real estate investment. My approach is grounded in honest guidance, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering a seamless, highly professional experience from start to finish.
As the founder and leader of The Karam Team at Howard Hanna, I have built a reputation for discretion, market expertise, and results throughout the Capital Region. My practice encompasses residential sales, luxury homes, new construction, and investment properties, with particular depth across Albany, Saratoga, and the surrounding markets. Clients and industry partners alike rely on my ability to evaluate opportunities, navigate complex transactions, and protect their interests at every stage.
In addition to brokerage, I am actively involved in real estate development, creating high-quality residential environments that elevate both lifestyle and long-term value. Most recently, I completed Academy Place Apartments, a 26-unit luxury apartment community in Albany, where a 28,000-square-foot office building was thoughtfully transformed into modern, refined residences. I continue to pursue development projects that enhance the region through strong design, smart planning, and responsible investment.

Since 2006, Jennifer Karam has been a top producing real estate professional in the Albany/Guilderland area. Jenn is an Upstate NY native who moved to the Albany area from Utica in order to pursue her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the College of Saint Rose. While in college, Jenn worked for a luxury home renovator/flipper, where she served as the design consultant. During that time, she realized her love for all things real estate. After graduation, she decided to try her hand at residential home sales. Since then, she has been a top producer in her office. With her undergraduate degree and her MBA, Jenn gives her clients the ability to evaluate a property not just as a home but also a financial investment.
In 2014, she launched The Jenn Karam Team. Jenn and her team of real estate professionals treat their clients like family, striving to protect their interests and ensure the process flows smoothly. Her 10+ years of experience allows her to help guide her clients in any real estate matter, whether buying or selling a home.
