Joe is new to Real Estate but Joe has been a Lancaster resident for 16 years and is no stranger to business and community.  Joe and his wife Tricia opened Lilly Belle Meads in the Village of Lancaster in 2017 and were pivotal players in the Renaissance of the Village of Lancaster.  So much so that they founded the Lancaster Renaissance Street Faire which has become a major community defining event in the area now entering it’s 5^th year.

Joe’s mission was to make all his customers feel at home and provided tens of thousands of customers this experience. When they walked through his doors at Lilly Belle Meads his ability to listen to the customer and fulfill their wants and needs was always apparent.

 Joe is working with and being mentored by John Ostrowski, a real estate agent also with Howard Hanna with nearly 30 years of expertise in the Real Estate Business.
