Howard Hanna Professionals was founded in 2017 as a partnership between Chautauqua County’s Stephen Holt, broker of Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate & Dennis Pezzimenti, broker of Olean Based DBP Realty. That same year another merger brought Pennsylvania offices located in Smethport, Kane and Bradford into the Professionals fold. Expansion across Pennsylvania continued in 2022 with the addition of offices in Wellsboro, Coudersport and Warren.  In 2025 the team brought the Howard Hanna office in Ellicottville onboard!
