Raised in the Tri-county area right in Arcade New York, Melanie found her real estate passion at the age of 12 while helping her parents with process of "flipping houses". Melanie moved forward in a career in problem solving at the age of 19 when she joined the Debt Collections industry, where she found herself for the next 17 years. By learning to negotiate and problem solve , she found herself feeling rewarded in her industry. In 2014 the company Melanie was at shut down, and she found herself following her first passion and starting over as a Realtor!

Melanie, along with her husband of 25 years ,her 3 children and 3 Grandchildren are all current residents of the Arcade area, she is a member at Real Life Church and is an enthusiastic member of the community. Her and her husband have a successful general contracting business and she enjoys showing her clients the best that this area has to offer!

Melanie's passions include her devotion to God, her family and being her best self threw fitness.
