I joined the #1 real estate company in the Carolinas in 1996 as a sales agent. After a rewarding 11-year career as a top producer in the firm, I transitioned into a leadership role in 2007, and now have the pleasure of supporting the leaders, staff and agents in the northern half of Allen Tate's Charlotte region as their Regional Vice-President.

I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication. I live in the wonderful Lake Norman region with my husband, Mark, my daughter, Ava Mae, and our rescue pup, Blaze aka "Mr. B" aka "Little Man," "Peaches," or "Stinky Boy," depending on his latest escapades!

I believe in giving back to my industry and to my communities, and have chaired several of Allen Tate's major fundraisers for public education, social service agencies and the cultural arts in the Charlotte region, and have served in various capacities as a volunteer for our local, state and national Realtor® associations:
