Why Choose Me as Your Realtor®

Teaching allowed me to hone my listening skills; as my client, I will find you a home that meets your specifications and desires, not mine!  I take pride in knowing the inventory in the neighborhoods and investigating all the possibilities which are there for you.

This is my career and I love it.  I do it on a full time basis.  My goal is to help every client find the best property in their price range with the most important amenities available to them. Northeast Ohio has a fabulous aray of architectural styles and terrific neighborhoods.  Let me find the one that is perfect for you!

I began blogging a few years ago, first on an NAR sponsored site, then a social networking site for real estate professionals called Active Rain. The more I blogged, the more I realized I wanted my own local, Cleveland blog, Cleveland Real Estate News.  I hope you will read it. I talk about real estate, home buying and selling tips, housing trends, how houses have sold. I also blog about what's happening in Cleveland economic development, our neighborhoods and local events.  You might see a post about streetscaping in Kamm's Corners, the fabulous new home community called Battery Park in Detroit Shoreway, laws that affect all of us, like residency laws - you name it. One of my secondary passions is local government and community development, so you will find posts about that as well. The truth is, if you have something you'd like me to write about, go ahead and let me know! There are a slew of NE Ohio bloggers who have become my friends and we love sharing information about the area on our blogs.

People ask me to post housing stats about their neighborhoods and sometimes even their streets. I learn a lot from my readers and commenters so I hope you will stop on by!
