Dear Marsha,
Thank you so much for all your help throughout the selling of our previous home and the buying of our new home. I don’t know what we would have done without you. You went above and beyond on every occasion. From the very beginning you were our sounding board and voice of reason. You assessed the market and told us exactly the right time to sell to make the maximum profit possible. You guided us through every detail of getting the house ready to sell from helping us stage every room to setting the perfect ambiance before every showing. We appreciated it so much as it was such a chaotic time in our lives and you took so much of the burden off of our shoulders. Even during the negotiations and inspection process, you explained everything to us so well and referred us to reputable contractors to complete the work requested by the buyers.
In the midst of doing all that, you still managed to get us in immediately to see every new house that came on the market that fit our criteria. Without you, we never would have found our dream home! We were so impressed with your extensive knowledge of everything from home repairs, renovations, costs, interior design, negotiating and the list goes on and on. You have such an amazing eye that allowed us to find our dream home at an amazing price.
