5.   I will coordinate all appointments and arrange to show you all the properties you are interested in touring. 
6.   I will use all the market analysis tools at my fingertips to insure that you are educated as to the current fair market value of all the properties you are interested in.
7.   I will give you all the information at my disposal to insure you understand the seller’s disclosure and the relevant information provided to you for you to decide on an offer you are comfortable with for your new home.
8.   Coupled with the seller’s disclosure, I will use this information to help you make the best offer you can on your dream home!
9.   I will explain the sales agreement and all attached forms and negotiate on your behalf in order to get the best possible price and terms for you.
