As an twenty year resident of Scio Township , I am familiar with the diversity of Washtenaw County . I am a full-time real estate professional based in Chelsea, Michigan. I have been a Realtor since 2007 with a great deal of experience working with sellers and buyers; listing and buying foreclosure property; and working with relocation clients.

 

I have a B.S. degree in Chemistry and Business, and a M.B.A. in Marketing and Management. After 18 years in sales and marketing for an international chemical company, I decided to enter the real estate field because I love real estate and I enjoy working with home buyers and sellers!

 

As a partner in a successful LLC that has owned and managed residential income property for 18 years, I have the proven knowledge and experience to help you buy or sell your income property. In 2010, I achieved the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Realtors with the GRI designation have completed 90 additional hours of real estate law, marketing and servicing listings, etc. to better serve and protect their clients.  In 2013, I achieved the Residential Relocation Specialist designation (RRS). In 2014, I received the Certified Negotiation Expert CNE) designation.  And in 2016, I completed the Residential Construction Certified training.

With my past sales and real estate experience, I have the skills needed to negotiate deals, while keeping my client's best interest in mind. I negotiate diligently and professionally for my clients, and keep their best interests in the forefront.
