Recently, a friend of mine returned from the Florida Keys. He brought back a report comparing Jan - Sept of 2012 to 2013. So I thought I would do the same thing for the Sandusky County Market.
Sales were up from 301 to 353
The average sales price remained the same at $85,222
Average days on market slightly edged up from 130 to 135
The numbers of pending went up from 338 to 370
There were 2463 for sale in 2012, and 2499 in 2013
The average list price went up from $101,888 to $119,777
