Meet Sue Smith: Your Madison Office Manager

I'm a 1996 Madison Blue Streak Alumni. Even before graduation I knew I wanted to pursue a Career in Real Estate. You know how things don't always go as planned, well that happened to me. I took courses at a community college to pursue a business degree while working in the corporate world. I worked with that company for over 10 years, I am thankful for my time there. All of those skills I learned and used in those years molded and prepared me to become a successful Realtor.

Leveraging my experience as a successful Realtor, I am known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, personal touches and being a skilled negotiator with my clients best interests at heart. I am able to use these skills to train and mentor my team. For new agents I am here for you 24/7 and to help get your business up and running. I am proof that with hard work anything is possible. The training provided for all of our agents thru Howard Hanna is top notch! We have a state of the art website provided for each agent and endless support! 

We Believe in Giving Back

Our Madison Howard Hanna Office holds an annual event that supports our company wide Children's Free Care Fund. Our agents along with enormous community support have continued to make this event a huge success year after year. We just held our 19th annual event and raised over $17,000!

In My Free Time

I love spending time with my Husband, our 2 boys and our dog Daisy:) I married Jason in 2000 (22 years already!) our boys are 20 & 17 they definitely keep us busy with their sports and social lives, but I love every minute of it. In our free time we enjoying boating, golfing and camping. I also enjoy reading, shopping, spending time with my friends and believe it or not cleaning!
