    • Preparing professional and attractive home feature sheets for potential buyers

    • Listing home on weekly agent tour
    • Notifying top agents in area of home
    • Placing listing on Multiple Listing Service to proved access to all licensed agents
    • Conducting open houses

  • Reviewing and consistently monitoring agreed Marketing activities with owner
  • Providing advice on how to prepare property for showings

Managing potential buyer activities such as:

  • Pre-qualifying buyers when possible
  • Arranging showings with other agents
  • Presenting and discussing all offers with owner
  • Negotiating transaction with other agent

Once sold, arranging for inspection and appraisal and monitoring the remaining steps to closing including the loan process, completion of any contract contingencies, closing and title transfer
