When you list your home with Howard Hanna we go to work immediately to market your home to interested buyers, while working with you to customize a marketing plan best suited to selling your home as quickly as possible, with terms most favorable to you.

  • Enroll the property in the Multiple List Service (MLS) where all agents have access to information on your home to help find buyers.
  • Place a Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate sign on the property. Our sign sells your home 24 hours a day.
  • Organize a tour for Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate agents to view your home once listed.
  • Follow-up on showings to obtain agents and prospects reactions and feedback.
  • Personal Property URL will be established for your own unique web ID.
  • Hanna HomeFinder- All buyers whose search criteria match your home will be alerted that it is available.
  • Open Houses- Open houses will be planned (if acceptable to seller) to expose your home to the maximum number of interested buyers.
  • Syndication on the internet- the most powerful websites will pick up your listing, increasing its exposure to buyers.
  • Print Advertising-An advertising plan tailored to your home will be created.
  • E-Marketing- Your home’s presence on our website provides many ways for buyers to search for our home and for us to contact them.
