I also have purchased a top of the line camera to help make you home look like it belongs in a magazine in order to generate more showings which leads to more offers!

For Buyers I will help you understand financing, find your home, negotiate the best price possible, negotiate the best terms possible, offer guidance on inspection issues, and help ensure that your home closes in a timely fashion so that you can get moved in! I represent buyers FOR FREE and do not cost you a dime, I just help you save money. I am paid a fee out of the listing agent's commission and do not increase the costs. It is good to have someone who is experienced in the market working for you!
