  • Your listing will be in TWO Multiple Listings Services, not just one like most agents.  The benefit to you is it's placed in front of more Realtors who still sell the vast majority of real estate in this country and our region.  Realtors don't look on public websites, they search the MLS where key info is located and scheduling is available for showings.  You need to be there!
  • We include drone photos and video with every listing (where legally permitted) by a licensed and insured commercial drone pilot.
  • We are social media intense, with over 16,000 followers and growing!  We own,, and  We combine your listings with events, museums, concerts, new restaurants, and other local news in regional and special interest websites.  These sites attract people who work, live and play in the region.  No one follows realtor websites.  They are BORING!  With over 95% of home buyers searching online first shouldn't your listing be placed in a competitive position with others on websites that people actually want to visit?
