As a sole entrepreneur, I became a top producer within the first years of my career.  First time buyers, high-end sales, managing many listings and people of all walks-of-life were a daily routine… and I loved it (still do).

 

Upon entering management, the first office I oversaw went from failing to thriving within a 12 month period.  Five years later, I upgraded to the largest office of the brokerage where we built and continued massive success throughout the greater Cleveland area.

 

My last years of managing an office included overseeing 150 agents, their client relations and a standard of 2,500 listings and sales annually.

 

Needless to say, I’ve seen it all and been through some of the toughest and strangest transactional situations you might imagine.

 

What my experience has taught me, in a nutshell:

  1. Clients fear the unknown.  Remove that fear and they are able to focus on the goal-at-hand.  I’ve always based my success within a core of customer service through transparency, honestly, communication and explanation.  The more you know what to expect – and keeping you a step or two ahead of the process makes a significant difference in your time and stress management.
  2. You can’t communicate too much!  The more we talk, discuss and brainstorm the better chance of reaching goals or getting through road blocks.  I ask a lot of questions to be sure I can best assess your situation, but ALWAYS express your questions and concerns as they come to you.  I’ll answer you honestly with best and worst-case scenarios to prepare you for just about anything.
