I am a Full Time Realtor with 30+ years of experience.  Living in North Olmsted and raising 4 children with my husband of now 48 years Ray, I sold resale.  I was always interested in new construction working for Kopf Builders for a short time.  In 1998 I was hired by SDC Developement Corp. located in Avon.  They were finishing up a very successful community Devonshire Meadows and just starting the first Active Adult Community on the westside of Cleveland, Avenbury Lakes.  I sold there for 9 years. Selling the last home in 2006. I then went to Ashland and then to Northborough 2 other SDC communities. In September of 2007 I left SDC and joined Howard Hanna.  I again am selling resale homes and some new constuction.  A wonderful opportunity arose when my youngest son Nathan received his real estate license and joined me at Howard Hanna. With Nate's knowledge of real estate and technical knowledge he enhances our partnership. You get the best of both when you work with the Torok Team. I also am enjoying my 9 grandchildren and 1 Greatgrand daughter. I love the first time buyer and the senior buyer selling the home they raised there family in and purchasing the home to retire in.  My husband and I did that a few years ago, selling our home of 20 years and building a new cluster in  Strongsville.  I would love to help you through the process. As the fourth quarter begins, I want to share some very good news and say thank you at the same time. Howard Hanna sales were up 10% in the month of September. I personally want to thank each of you for your superior efforts for the month.

 In light of all that has been happening in the last 2 weeks, you have stayed dedicated and focused on your clients. Sales were up in each region…23% in the west,…9% in the south…and 3% in the east. And, in 24 offices, September sales were better than sales for the same period a year ago!  Even better, this sales increase should drive more sales and closings in the fourth quarter.

 

The market shares for September are attached. Congratulations to each of you for your tremendous effort. Hopefully, the results of your super performance in September--- along with our Howard Hanna Sold Mine campaign, and our increased availability to $125 million mortgage money---will generate even more sales in today’s market.
