SHADYSIDE              Shadyside is known for its vibrant atmosphere, upscale shopping districts on Walnut Street and Ellsworth Avenue, fine dining establishments, numerous coffee shops and wide variety of homes. Shadyside is located in the East End of the City, very near Pittsburgh's renowned hospitals, universities and museums. HIGHLAND PARK    Highland Park lies to the east of Shadyside, and bears the name of another wonderful City park which forms it's eastern boundary. The park contains a large reservoir surrounded by a wide walking trail that is widely used.
