Location.. Location..A 1917 Brick End of Row in great location in Lansdale. The upgrades that have been done have NOT been cosmetic. But have been important... There is a third floor that could be very usable space. Would look great with the trim finished off and wall to wall installed. With the addition of some baseboard heat maybe a fourth bedroom? But that would have to be researched, for now we are considering it finished attic space. This is a nice house that has lots of charm & potential. Within walking distance to Whites Road Park, York Elementary, Public Transportation, the Library. A Unique home in the borough of Lansdale great for someone handy who is ready to finish it off.
