Entirely wooded with a great mix of young hardwoods on the front half of the property, pines, spruce and larch in the middle, and more mature hardwoods on the back half. Hard maple, soft maple, cherry, ash and hemlock are the dominant species. Timber was harvested last in 2015. This was a thinning that did not destroy the forest. There is a nice stocking of timber remaining throughout the 38 acres that was involved in the last sale. The front portion was not cut at all. There is an excellent internal road system that provides access to nearly all of the property.
