Welcome to the Shenandoah Valley!

Our Lexington office is centrally located in Property Management’s Western Region.  Currently serving Lexington, Buena Vista, and Rockbridge, our office is adjacent to the Washington and Lee University campus in the Historic Dutch Inn.  The earliest part of the Inn was constructed prior to 1805. Associated with some of the most prominent citizens and visitors in Rockbridge County’s history, the Inn has a long-standing relationship with both Washington & Lee University and Virginia Military Institute. Through the years, faculty, staff, alumni, and students from these institutions stayed or lived at the Inn.   In 2007, The Dutch Inn's award winning renovation included monitored fire alarm systems, and central heating and air conditioning. In addition to our property management office there are residential apartments, a grocery store, and a café’.

Open since July of 2018 this office has grown exponentially in units managed as a result of our constant focus on the future and our clients’ ever-evolving needs.  We understand that real estate is local.  Our property managers are local market experts and have extensive knowledge of investments in the Shenandoah Valley.  Our specialties inside of property management range in nature.  Our largest client is the small investor of single family detached and multifamily units, followed by resort, commercial, and self-storage.
