Patience and Persistence
I began my Real Estate career at the age of 7, watching my dad build our home and his business. I grew up working with my dad on our home and almost every weekend was spent remodeling or building something for our family or a friend. In college, I remodeled an eight bedroom swimmer's house. I bought my first home at age 21. After college, I took my sports talents to California and Las Vegas as a stuntman. And, yes I built many of my own sets. At the age of 30, and after enjoying more fun than anyone could expect, I decided to moved back to Pennsylvania to coach diving at Allegheny College. After six years of NCAA All-Americans and 5x NCAC Coach of the Year, I was given the opportunity to start the Swimming & Diving and Water Polo programs for Mercyhurst University. At the age of 36 I decided I wanted to build my own empire, so I became a REALTOR. I'm into my 50's now. I've helped many, many people purchase and sell real estate and I've made my own collection of investment property. It is a truly rewarding experience to serve people as their REALTOR. I love the phrase..."new home, new baby". Obviously this doesn't apply to everyone, but the number of new people that have come into this world in homes that I have helped purchase or sold is nothing short of amazing. Helping people transition is the most rewarding feeling. Making lives more comfortable one house at a time. I would be honored to have the opportunity to help you with your next transition.
