Thad has an extensive background in sales, marketing and management. Receiving his salesperson’s license when he was 26, Thad started his real estate career working at his father’s real estate company. After taking over his father’s business, the company became a part of RealtyUSA. The acquisition of RealtyUSA by Howard Hanna excited Thad not only because of the similarities in leadership and core values between the two companies, but because of the amazing tools and services offered by Howard Hanna to its agents and clients.
