(A Relais & Chateau gourmand member). Opportunities were presented to me and I found myself working for Albert Roux in London, England (a three Michelin star recipient). Returning to America I worked for The Sagamore Hotel and Resort (member of Historic Hotels of America). Time spent in France allowed me to train with Guy Carbillet, a master chocolatier.
