Scott Day
Working with Stark County homeowners and prospective homeowners, Scott Day is focused on making sure his clients get exactly what they’re looking for. Scott utilizes his negotiating skills and knowledge of the market to make sure everything goes smoothly, and all parties end up satisfied.
Scott Day was born in Canton, Ohio in 1978 and is the son of William "Bill" Day, a well-known developer and builder of over 450 Condominiums in eight different communities throughout Stark County. These developments included Barrington Place, Bayberry Woods, Fiddler's Creek, Scotsbury Green, Abbey Glen, Dublin Hills, Pebble Chase, and Tannybrooke.
After graduating from Massillon Jackson High School in 1996, Scott went off to Arizona where he graduated from Arizona State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies, making the Deans list four years.
He then made his way to law school, obtaining his Juris Doctorate at Western New England College School of Law in 2006, where he was a member of the Dean’s list and Law Review, as well.
Scott is licensed to practice law in both Connecticut and Massachusetts, which he did for many years, until 2017. Scott represented hundreds of clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business and consumer contract litigation, title disputes, and insurance claims.
In 2017, Scott decided to join his father in real estate, and received his Ohio Real Estate License that September.
Since then, Scott has been a multi-million dollar sales producer at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in Canton, OH. As part of the Parcher Team in 2019, and 2020, he and his fellow team members were awarded the Ohio President’s Club Pinnacle Award for Sales Excellence, which is awarded to the top 1% of Realtors in the State of Ohio. Scott is a highly regarded and respected realtor amongst his peers, and highly connected within the local community. Scott is now the Team Leader of "The Day Group" at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in Canton, OH.
