If you're a buyer, you have to be ready to make an offer when you find that home you've been looking for. I have been in so many mutiple offer situations in this market (see below about obtaining a preapproval).  I'll get you in and get your offer submitted as quickly as possible to avoid those situations. 

There are still many distressed homes on the market if you want to earn a little "sweat equity," but it's not for the faint of heart. If you're a seller, condition of the home is essential.  You can either compete with the bank owned and distressed properties, with the barely move in ready homes, or the homes that attract the best prices.  Call me before you spend a lot of money!  Price is critical for today's market!  Staging may be important and/or providing extras to help your home stand out. A Preapproval

It's a good idea to get preapproved for a home loan before you go looking to buy. Why? What if you see a home and fall in love with it, but you don't have a preapproval? The seller gets another offer and signs it before you get the preapproval letter. To avoid that pain, go ahead and get the preapproval done. Please call me to find out how you can do that?
