About Pam Keczmer...
A thirst for challenge, a perpetual desire for growth, an investment in life-long learning and a commitment that goes beyond the old standard of customer satisfaction to a new standard of client care, are just some of the motivational factors that drive Pam Keczmer.
Since graduating college at Penn State University and Pittsburgh School of Health, all of her endeavors have involved the need to meet challenges, expand her knowledge, protect and bring value to others, and perhaps to take some chances.
After her childhood she followed her first passionate job in health care pharmacy. As a guide, she learned to develop and maintain successful relationships with a variety of people,patients and learned that she loves the “emotional high” of helping others and also making a difference in their lives.
When given the option to become involved in her family real estate appraisal company she jumped on the opportunity and became involved with real estate appraising. Although she enjoyed this position and credits with pharmacy and appraising in shaping her into who she is today, in the fall of 2000 she became a full time Realtor.
Pam graduated from Penn State in Real Estate and has earned herself many professional affiliations since 2000 and currently serves as a director on the Beaver County Board of Realtors.
Why such emphasis on education? Because she feels it shapes attitudes... Knowledge and skill foster confidence and poise. Pam is dedicated to providing her Howard Hanna real estate customers and clients with what she dubs as a “Premiere Real Estate Experience."
How? By listening and putting her client’s needs first, always without pressure. By providing home buyers and sellers with an effective game plan derived from defining concise goals and implementing creative and constructive marketing plans. She developed a customized care package that benefits clients from the beginning stages of a transaction through closing and beyond.
Pam has earned herself a reputation as a hard-working realtor that has earned her the trust and business of the areas most dynamic home buyers and sellers. She gives the clients the information they need to make smart decisions in some challenging markets ,offering the patience, guidance and attention to the detail that is valued as much by first -time home buyers and sellers as it is by seasoned pros.
