Prior to my Real Estate career, I worked in new construction and home décor, which has given me substantial knowledge of space, design and detail. This allows me to provide my clients with a thorough evaluation of not only the home features, but structural details as well. I work personally with clients in the areas of strategic planning and design. In 2009 Parade of Homes sponsored by Building Industry Association (BIA), my designs won Best of Show, Best Bath and Best Decorating in the division.
For me, client interaction is more about establishing a lasting relationship than simply sealing the deal. I understand and respect the process of searching for a new home and my patience and willingness to listen that makes the house hunting experience comfortable and enjoyable for my clients. I feel a person’s home is an extension of their personality and the opportunity to develop a deeper connection with each client.
