A Williamsburg native, second-generation Realtor®, and Virginia Tech graduate with a double major in building construction and real estate, I sought entry into this real-estate market since my years at Jamestown High School. Post college, I joined ranks with one of our nation’s largest commercial contractors, where I learned how to build from the ground up as a field engineer with Hensel Phelps. It turns out that real estate, like construction management, is very much dependent on schedule and money. I love applying that background to guide my clients through the transaction process and save them money along the way. In doing so, I’ve become the Realtor® who goes under the crawlspace.
