Melanie has been a Real Estate Agent for 15 years. She has earned numerous awards such as the Ohio Association of Realtors Presidents Club Award, Mega Million Dollar Producer, and Zillow Five Star Agent. Melanie believes that every home has a story, and she is privileged to be welcomed into peoples’ lives and their homes. She loves everything about the business, but especially working with her clients. She can picture potential in every home and loves watching it come to fruition.
As a native Clevelander, Melanie knows the area and the Real Estate Market well. As a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University and former Appraiser Apprentice, her education and experience has helped her to become successful in the business world. Melanie understand that it takes hard work to be successful. Her career in Real Estate is about the relationships that she has developed over the years and she enjoys making her clients her friends. When she’s not selling houses, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family out on the farm riding ATV’s, fishing, gardening and just simply being “off the grid”.
