I grew up with the Howard Hanna Company for the past 19 years. In that time I observed my mother’s methods and success in the business. Now, being an agent myself, it is time for me to use what I have learned. Working with a newer agent can be intimidating for some people. I believe that being a new agent could be seen as an advantage. Not only am I able to relate to the growing population of young or first time buyers, I am also comfortable using the multiple forms of social media available to advertise to these potential buyers. However, not all buyers use social media. This is why it is crucial in this industry to understand what appeals to different demographics, which may mean sending out postcards, placing an ad in the paper, or making phone calls. It all comes down to simply this, being an aggressive and motivated new agent will help me reach my goal of meeting or even exceeding your needs and expectations when both selling your home and/or helping you find the perfect one that best fits your needs.
