Hello and Thank you for visiting my website!
I hope you will take a few minutes to get to know me and read my reviews from past clients. I love what I do and I value my clients' feedback so I can share with others.
Whether you're buying or selling, finding the right agent to work with is the key to having the best experience. I will make your home buying/selling process as easy and hassle free as possible.

The best client is an informed client.
As a full time agent, I work very hard to educate my clients on every aspect of the home buying/selling process. By providing detailed current housing market information you will have the confidence knowing you will get the very best results.
If you're selling, I know where repairs and/or cosmetic updates will gain the most value. It's always good to get a realtor's opinion before you start spending money on updates.
Over the past 2 years, I've completed over 30+ hours of continuing education, attended the 2017 Howard Hanna Convention in Cleveland Ohio and completed my designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist in December 2017.
Continuing education, industry seminars, webinars and periodicals keep me informed on market trends, home financing, grants and the latest marketing tools which in turn benefit my clients.
Who are my clients?
Baby Boomers (I'm one!)
LET ME BUY YOU LUNCH! If you're thinking about making a change and moving into a different area or the city and have no idea where to start, I would love to give you a fun complimentary tour and we'll stop for lunch! I lived in Corn Hill for 7 years while working as an events planner for the city of Rochester so I know the hot spots!
Senior Lifestyle Transitions
Working with seniors is a special calling for me that requires patience, compassion and a list of resources for a variety of needs including handyman services, estate sales, decluttering, elder moving services such as household packing, moving and unpacking.
I know what it takes to work with seniors because I have been the sole caregiver for my 91 year old father for nearly 5 years now. Through the good times and not so good, we stick together. I've learned a lot about aging and have a deep compassion for the elderly. I also work with the adult children of seniors who live out of town which requires excellent communication between all parties. As a member of AARP and the Greater Rochester Association of Elder Professionals ( G.R.A.P.E. ) I devote a significant amount of time at information seminars and networking events with lifestyle transition professionals.
First Time Home Buyers
Knowing where to find grants for my first time home buyers can be key to helping them get the home of their dreams. College loans, car payments and other expenses can sometimes make home ownership seem unattainable. I am your biggest cheerleader and have the experience to find grants and programs to make your dream of owning a home a reality!
