I have been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2012 and have worked successfully since then as a team with Catherine Black as we transitioned from Weichert Realtors Northeast Group to RealtyUSA and now proudly to Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. Catie and I strive to establish an attentive and responsive working relationship with each of our buyer and seller clients and to provide them with the knowledge and information they need to navigate an ever changing real estate environment. Together we have had many successful transactions throughout the entire capital district area including Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady and Rensselaer counties.
I have had extensive personal real estate experience over many years as both a home buyer and a home seller. This experience has provided me with a broad knowledge base in real estate matters from start to finish. I currently live in Loudonville but have owned property and lived in Delmar, East Greenbush, Glenmont, Montgomery County and Long Island. My personal transactions have not only provided me with substantial hands-on experience as a real estate consumer but have also provided me with a strong foundation in home design, construction, renovation and maintenance. I enjoy the opportunity to work with both local and relocating clients, with first-time or seasoned buyers and sellers and with clients choosing new home construction.
My leisure activities include golf, gardening, growing orchids, painting, and traveling. I am past president of the Loudonville Garden Club and serve on the scholarship committee of the Capital Region Women’s Network, an organization that promotes personal and professional development for women through advocacy, education and information. I am a retired microbiologist and have served as a laboratory director in both the hospital and public health settings in the Albany and New York City areas.
