As a mother of 3 and grandmother of 6, I have seen the pain on the faces of mothers burying their children too many times last year. Addiction is pervasive, ramped, and all around us. Now that I have been exposed to this insidious disease, I can not walk away, in clear conscious, and be the person who was motivated to activism when it is too late. My children are not at risk, and maybe yours aren't either, but no one knows what the road of life has in store for us.
I have decided to try to help the addiction community curb the insidious death rate, in the only way I know how. Not only will I act as a fundraising arm for the institutions on the Westside supporting the addicted community, but I opening an Addiction Resource Center in Rocky River. It will be a brick and mortar beacon for those struggling to get back from addiction.
I am not a wealthy woman, but I have committed 50% of my commission earning to this cause. I don't know if it will be enough, but if I can make a difference of any proportion, then I have paid it forward for the wonderful life I have.
Real Estate has always been my first love. I owned my first house at 23 years old, and my second home at age 29. I had my Real Estate license before the world changed to the internet world we know today. Times have changed and, you, the buyer, have many new opportunities to investigate and peruse houses before you find your HOME.
Your purchase is so personal and emotional, and the largest investment most will make in their lifetime. You are not alone, we can avoid common pitfalls together.
I have personally bought, sold and managed over 3 million dollars of real estate in my years, and I will work with you, as if it were my own purchase.
Lets pay it forward together WITH good deeds.................
