If you are deciding "if" this is the "right time to BUY or SELL, please know there really isn't a "bad time" to do either! When you decide to list your home for sale, this usually means you have something "new" in mind. This may be a new(er) home nearby, to move out of state or the next city, either way it's a great time to do so!
Why do I say this? For many reasons! First of all, the interest rates are amazingly low and that gives you way more buying power than if they go up even 1%! Second, people are always looking for a home! After all, you are considering it right now....it does not matter if it is "spring" or "winter" people look for homes all year round! Great news, huh?! It's true. Say someone just starting out has lived in their apartment for a couple of years and they want the American Dream....Home Ownership! I can get them pre-approved and out we go...looking to buy their first home! What an exciting time for ALL!

That leads me to the BUYERS that are "considering" it may be time! Please don't be nervous about asking questions on this! I work with many new buyers every year and there are certain questions that seem to be the most frequently asked so I will answer a few here for you now. First most common, Do I (the buyer) pay you (me, the agent) to assist me in purchasing a home? The answer is no. The commission is paid from the sellers proceeds, AFTER we find a home that fits you just right and come to an agreement with the sellers. Second, can we go look at houses and "then" get pre-approved once I find one? The answer is, I don't recommend that at all! The fact is you may be pre-approved for more or less of the price range you want to look at and then to find out at the last minute it won't work OR you could have looked at the other houses you thought were too costly for you....it's a heart breaker! I can assist you with getting pre-approved by a Loan Originator that does a great job! And, the third most frequently asked question....What are the "steps" of buying a home? The answer.....this one is rather long and I will explain more just as soon as you contact me!!!
