Kathleen Marquez MRP, MBA

Kathleen is a native of California and is married to her high school sweetheart. Together they have two beautiful children. For the past 14 years as a Navy wife they have lived in California, Hawaii, Washington state and now Virginia. Kathleen and her family relocated to Williamsburg in 2012 and fulfilled their American Dream of owning their first home. As a family, they love to travel. In each duty station, they would peruse open houses and new homes dreaming of the day they would own one.

Kathleen has a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior and a Master’s of Business Administration. As a former Mortgage Officer, Kathleen brings a unique perspective to the home buying experience. She prides herself on focusing on her client’s specific needs, especially the unique circumstances military moves entail.

In addition to real estate you can find Kathleen dancing! First by teaching Pointe, Ballet, Lyrical and Hip Hop (this year – although she also teaches Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, and Tap) at Institute for Dance. Her choreography is featured in their annual Christmas Dreams production. Secondly, as the Jamestown High School Dance Team Coach. She is also active in her children’s PTA.

Kathleen looks forward to helping people find their dream homes, next chapter homes {and all the homes in between} in Williamsburg and all of Hampton Roads.
