Julie was born and raised in North Central West Virginia and graduated from Fairmont State University with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and Family and Consumer Science. However, her love for real estate began when she was a small child, and all the childhood day dreaming of beautiful homes evolved into small design projects and eventually focused in on a career in real estate and design.
She has worked as a Property Manager at a local Apartment Complex in Morgantown, WV for the past six years and in November of 2016, she obtained her real estate license and started her work with Howard Hanna Premier Properties. She is a member of the National Board of Realtors and the Treasurer of the National Apartment Association, West Virginia Division (WVAA), which was officially inducted to NAA at the annual National Conference, located in DC, in the beginning of March 2017.
Julie actively lists, sells, leases, and manages residential properties in North Central West Virginia and her love for real estate and design has provided her with a passion that is very unique. She is eager to serve residential buyers, sellers, tenants, and property owners. She is dedicated in utilizing all the marketing tools Howard Hanna provides, as well as provide a wide array of tools i.e. regional and national MLS services, social networking, staging, and open houses to market and ultimately CLOSE the sale!
