In all seriousness, we (both my wife Karen and myself) were born and raised in Western New York and feel a deep love for the area. We come from large families - I have 10 siblings and Karen has 9 siblings. We have 11 children and 13 grandchildren. Holidays are... a bit insane!

One thing that we want to make sure you are aware of, and that is the fiduciary relationship with your real estate salesperson. Fiduciary means faithful servant, and an agent is a fiduciary of the client. In real estate, a broker or a salesperson can be the agent of a seller or a buyer.
Here’s a list of the fiduciary duties that we, as real estate agents, owe our clients:
Obedience: The agent must obey all lawful orders that the client gives her
Accounting: The agent must account for all funds entrusted to her and not commingle (combine) client/customer funds with her personal and/or business funds.
